Summary of October 24th Co-Op Board Meeting

Unfinished Business - The improvements to the Pro Shop cart path area has been Tabled due to a lack of Vendor Quotes.


New Business


  1. The Board approve the repair to the Golf Course Irrigation system to replace a valve and three switches - $13,702.00 (Reserve Budget)

  2. The Board delayed the repair to the Rolling Hills Mailroom Roof until more information can be obtained from the lowest bidder. On October 25th the information was obtained and the Board approved the project for West Orange Roofing at $ 4,200.00 (Original Quote)

  3. Board Approved the repair of a storm drain on Lake Grassmere Circle to be completed by RCM Utilities for $4,571.50.

  4. The Board denied the offer to purchase a share located at 3509 South Citrus by Thomas Sittinger for $29,000. The Board will allow the Mr. Sittinger to proceed with another purchase price offer.
