RV Lot
The Co-Op is in the process of reviewing all aspects of the RV Lot. The review will include Rules, Security, resident safety, parking, and needed repairs. A recent onsite inspection of the RV Lot was conducted. There are units in the lot without Zellwood Station Parking Stickers. Because of Park liability, it is important that all units have been registered at the Whitehouse. Registration will require copy of unit DMV registration and proof of insurance.
