Co-Op Board of Directors Meeting December 18, 2025, Summary

  1. The Board approved the Shareholder Appreciation at the restaurant (10% off meal) for all of 2026

  2. Board Approved 2026 Retainer Fee for Becker law - $300.00

  3. Board approved purchase of four irrigation Controllers for Golf Course - $34,282.75 Reserve Fund. To replace 15+ year old controllers.

  4. Managers Report

    1. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection Conducted an inspection of our utility department. The State found that the Department is fully compliant, with no deficiencies. Want to thank Lesley and Johnny and the entire Maintenance Staff for their hard work.

    2. The faded awning on the Guard House was replace
