It was my pleasure to recognize Trudi Rock as our new Property Manager. Also my pleasure to recognize all the Staff who working hard for you each day.
1. The first Board action was for the Board to approve the resignations of four Board Directors (Audry Bellavence, Don Castello, Al Taylor, Shawn Tucker).
2. Appoint Search Committee for Board Director Replacements. All resumes and or letters of intent are to be submitted no later than May 22, 2023 to the Property Manager. Search Committee (Chair (Secretary Cindy Edmonds, Director Randy Merrell, and Shareholder Mick Finn)
3. The Board approved Southern Spray Foam to insulate the Whitehouse 3rd floor (attic) ($10,900.00). This is being done to mitigate future mold growth in the attic. Two stand alone air conditioners will also be placed in the attic area. This will be be completed within the next two weeks. Following the insulation the 3rd floor carpet will be installed which was approved by the previous BOD's . The construction in the first floor hallway is being completed by Mike Wetzel and our wonderful maintenance men Oscar and Miguel (This will save us considerable in labor costs). It is anticipated that IT work will be completed during the last three days of the month and our employees will be back into the Whitehouse on the first Monday in June.
4. Board approved new ADT alarm system for the Pro Shop ($1,976.53). When the phone system was installed (VOIP (Voice over internet)) the old phones were disconnected deactivating the alarm system.
