Property Insurance Status

As I have reported previously the last Property Appraisal was done in 2019. Since that time our property has continued to increase in value. A communication from our Insurance Broker indicates that since 2019 we have seen a 37% increase in the value of our insured properties. This being said, we have been underinsured since 2019. We are currently working with our Insurance Broker to discuss our options and estimated 2024 costs. It is important that a Property Appraisal is conducted every year so that the community is properly covered.
