RV Lot

The Co-Op is in the process of reviewing all aspects of the RV Lot. The review will include Rules, Security, resident safety, parking, and needed repairs. A recent onsite inspection of the RV Lot was conducted. There are units in the lot without Zellwood Station Parking Stickers. Because of Park liability, it is important that all units have been registered at the Whitehouse. Registration will require copy of unit DMV registration and proof of insurance. Please try to get this done no later than April 15th. Pursuant to our current governing documents and Rules and Regulations only related Recreational Vehicles (campers/Boats, other recreational vehicles.) may be parked in the RV Lot.
