Dora Landscaping Complaint Process

This week the CA and the Co-Op met with Dora Landscaping management. The new onsite supervisor is Jose. To have better coordination of complaints and to better rectify issues we have a new complaint process for all residents.

All complaints will be reported to Tiffany (our new receptionist). A work order will be completed and a copy will be given to Jose and Trudi. Trudi will follow-up with Dora to ensure timely response.

Remember, Social Media posts do not ensure results. to issues. Please follow the above process so we can effectively work with Dora to remedy your complaints.

It’s great to see discussion by both boards to solve a problem. Looking forward to seeing more of this type of cooperation for the betterment of our Zellwood community.

I am home now I would like to try to reach out to 3 neighbors since it would save them money also so you can pick up one and if nobody else steps up then you can have the other two.

I live in Banbury. When I came home on Monday afternoon, they had made half an effort to mow my yard. It looked terrible just like it has for the last month. They were still in the area and I found someone and asked them to come back and try again. To their credit, they did.

I called 2 times with no return phone call. Called again & finally got to talk to Trudy. If you call & call & leave messages then why does someone not return the call. Should not have to keep calling back over & over.
