Board Approved to purchase a Toro GM 4300D Mower for Golf Course Maintenance for $40,549. The elder mower required replacement put in service in 2010. Reserve Fund purchase


Approve Community Room Air Conditioner repair invoice for $9,582.52. Vendor was Marote's Air Conditioning Services, LLC. $6,500.00 on the invoice was to replace freon that was removed by the previous Vendor (Protech AC). We have sent a request to Protech AC to reimburse the cost of the Freon.
