Over the past two years we have seen a significant increase in our Food (inventory) and Beverage costs. As a result the following changes will occur.
Effective immediately the price for Draft and Bottle Beer will increase by 0.25 per drink.
Our Restaurant Manager is revising the Menu including moderate increases in prices. He is removing menu items that have not been selling and replacing them with new items. These changes were determined by researching our two year data and current financial trends involving inventory cost. We currently are holding items in inventory that are not selling which results in a storage and cost (loss) issue. The Board will review the proposal and address the issue at a Board meeting.
These changes are unfortunately necessary to control Assessments and costs. I can assure you that the the Board is sensitive to any increases. Our prices are currently lower than the regional market and it is our promise to maintain that philosophy along with maintaining the highest quality of our meals.
I want to thank you for your continued support for our Restaurant as we manage through issues that are sometimes out of our control.
