Congrats Water Department and Maintenance!

The City of Apopka has estimated our water usage for several months. Leslie (Water/Sewer Department Manager) found that their radio transmitter is in bad condition, She spoke to Apopka City billing and they stated they were not getting readings from the radio so they estimated our water usage. Leslie requested they take an actual reading from the meter itself, after few weeks they did so and they have over estimated as we suspected. We received a credit of $22,179.27 that was used toward the July bill and have $14,119.64 credit to go towards August.


On Behalf of the C0-Op and CA Board of Directors I want to congratulate Leslie and Johnny (Maintenance Manager) for their dedication and commitment to Zellwood Station. Their perseverance has saved Zellwood Station $36,298.91.
