Called to order at 6:30 pm in the Community Room

New Business

BOD Approved the New Enforcement Section for violations of Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures. The Policy includes the implementation of a Violations Committee with authority to approve or not approve fines established by the BOD's
The BOD's did not approve the draft of the new Rules and Regulations. The Board voted no on the Vehicles and Parking Section. Board will revise sections and resubmit at the August 22nd Board Meeting.
BOD's Tabled the Repair to Golf Course hole #4 as there was only one quote. To be resubmitted at the August 22nd meeting.
