Clubhouse Patio

As hurricane and rain season approaches the Board is looking to protect the Clubhouse Patio. The patio has experienced flooding which migrates into the Lounge and Community Room. The Patio is a large carport subject to damage from high winds and rain. All of the Co-Op structures (except the Patio) have hurricane protection including the CA Depot. You may have noticed the vendors around the Patio providing the Board with Rain/Hurricane protection options.

It is critical that we continue to improve our infrastructure/assets which will result in future cost. To replace the Patio would be significant cost to our residents.
