Board approved the Vacant Lot Policy. This policy contains two major additions.
When an Individual purchases a vacant lot in Zellwood Station they will be required to pay the Community Assessment Fee if the lot is not developed within two years or sooner once a certificate of occupancy is issued.
Owners of vacant lots are required to maintain (mow) the lot. The owner will be charged $40.00 per month if the Park is responsible for mowing.
The Board approved the revised RV Lot Policy in the Rules and regulations. Residents can find the revised document on the Website or can come to the Whitehouse for a copy.
Board approved to have the interior of the Pro-Shop painted by Dan's Paint Group for $1,850
Board approved to have the fence line behind the homes on Lake Grassmere Cir. cleaned up. The area is located adjacent to the new development. Clearview Landscaping for $4,400.
Board approved the installation of Hurricane Screens (rated for 150mph winds) in the patio at the Whistlestop. These screens will be mechanically operated and will also provide protection from severe rain which has resulted in flooding inside the Lounge and Community Room. Vendor: New Horizons $28,720.00 (Reserve Expense).
Board approved a new Real Estate Sign law for the Co-Op. Allows signs to placed facing Golf Course for homes on the course. Community Association Board will address rule change for the ARC.
Board authorized the Director of Golf, Chuck McCloon, to purchase a used Ventrac Mower for a cost not exceeding $30,000.00 (Reserve Expense).
