Whistle Stop Patio

This past week an Investigation Specialist from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco met with Zellwood Station management and conducted an inspection of the Clubhouse Facility 2728 Cayman Circle. It was determined that the Patio is classified as an Enclosed Workplace area and that we are in compliance with the Clean Air Act (Chapter 386 Part II, Florida Statutes, "The Florida Clean Indoor Act, "Chapter 561, Florida Statutes: and the sections of Florida Administration Code 61AER03-1) having appropriate "No Smoking" signs posted and enforced.

As such, The Board will be discussing the issue of identifying appropriate and legal accommodations for smokers. The Board will also develop a workplace No Smoking Policy as required by Law.
