  1. 1. Board the Technology Committee Charter

  2. 2. Board approved Greg Pine as the Chairman of the new Technology Committee

  3. 3. Board Approved to have Clearview Tree to remove a tree located behind the Blue ($6,300.00) Tee box on the 7th hole.

  4. 4. Board approved to replace the motor on the Co-Op maintenance Bobcat, Vendor: Merv's Mower ($4339.49)

  5. 5. Board approved to extend berm on Hole 10 along Parway and install catch basin. Vendor: Bluesky (4350.00)

  6. 6. Discussion on Smoking Ban at Patio. Residents were allowed to speak. No motions were made therefore Smoking Ban is still in effect until a legal decision can be made.
