Patio Fire at Clubhouse

This Board understands the frustration among residents concerning the temporary smoking ban. This Board takes their fiduciary responsibilities seriously. The safety of our residents and protecting our assets are critical to making good decisions. The temporary ban was established until the Board of Directors can meet and discuss mitigation, procedures and legal aspects of the situation. This will occur at the Board meeting on August 27th at 2:00 pm in the Community Room.

Over the past 3.5 years this Board has taken several steps to improve the safety of our assets and residents. I can only ask you for your patience as we examine several issues so we can move forward safely and accommodate all resident needs of Zellwood Station.
