Summary- BOD Meeting September 25, 2025

  1. Board Approved Contract with Thermotane Propane. The old contract expired September 2025. At that time we were paying $3.49 per gallon with a $39.99 delivery fee every two weeks. The new contract negotiated is $1.89 per gallon and a $9.99 delivery fee. Based on last 12 month consumption we will be saving an estimated $10,000.00 per year over the new three year contract.

  2. Approved a contract with RamJack to repair the foundation at the Whitehouse for $11,500. They will reinforce the two chimneys that have settled.

  3. Board authorized the Golf Manager Chuck to order a new pump for the irrigation system and install pump, cost will not exceed $12,000. Emergency Expenditure.
