Summary BOD Meeting October 23, 2025

Communications: The Co-Op Board of Directors and the Community Association Board of Directors passed the Updated Rules and Regulations for Rolling Hills, Lakeview and Sandpoint Villages. The Document will be posted shortly on the Zellwood Station Website.


Foundation work on the Whitehouse should begin shortly as soon as the County Permit is approved.


Old Business: None


New Business

  1. Board approved to have the north fence line behind Canopy Circle cleaned and brush removed. Contract was given to Juan Carrasco for $2,700.00.

  2. Board approved to sign a lease with State Cleaning Solutions for a replacement Dishwasher in the kitchen. Be installed early December. The contract is $120.00 per month and no minimum monthly chemical purchase (Lease includes monthly inspections and no cost maintenance when needed). The other Bid from Echolab was $132.60 per month with a minimum $200.00 monthly chemical purchase. Our current lease from Echolab which expired in September was $127.00 per month & $200.00 minimum monthly chemical purchase.

  3. Kevin Robinson was appointed to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee
