May Board of Directors Meeting Summary

  1. Board approved to remove two Water Oaks off of Greenbluff Ct. for $3,200 to Juan Carrusco.

  2. Board Tabled the approval of the revised By-Laws. Will be done at a Special meeting this coming Thursday, May 29th in the Community Room

  3. Board approved that June will be Shareholder Appreciation Month at the Whistle Stop. Remember you need to present your membership card when cashing out to obtain the 10% discount.

  4. Board Approved the Maintenance Agreement between the Community Association and the Co-Op. The Co-Op will be providing administrative responsibility for maintenance for the CA. This is anticipated to reduce labor costs and enhance efficiency.
