Lawn Mowing

Last year we implemented a complaint process at the Whitehouse to address the issues with lawnmowing. The process was working very well and many issues were addressed. If you call or stop into the Whitehouse and file a complaint with the Receptionist a copy will be forwarded to the Property Manager and the Dora Landscaping Site Supervisor (Jose). The Whitehouse then follows up with Jose to make sure the issue has been addressed.

Although I understand your frustration the issues cannot be addressed if we don't know.
