Hurricane Milton

I want to start by saying how proud I am of our Community. The number of volunteers that came out to assist their neighbors was over whelming. To those who suffered damage to their homes the Board of Directors wishes to express our support and prayers for a quick recovery. As Maleta and I drove through the community on Thursday our hearts were broken by the number damaged homes. Our homes are part of us and hold many memories. For many of us they may be the last home we own. Although, we will never know why, we will persevere and remain Zellwood Station Strong! Please know that you are in our prayers for a quick recovery and healing.

This Board is doing all it can to return our community back to its beautiful condition. We have crews working hard on the clean-up and assessing damage to our amenities and common areas. Our storm drain infrastructure was stressed by the amount of water we received. As damaged is identified we will move quickly to repair the damage.

May God continue to Bless Zellwood Station and its Residents.
