1. Current approved Project Information

   1. New Flooring For Community Room to begin installation the week of January 1st.

   2. Repair Cart Path in front of Pro-Shop beginning week of December 1st

   3. Repair two storm drains located at Cayman & N. Citrus and Parway & Fairbluff Rd.

2. Proposed 2025 Projects

   1. Re-surface Pickleball Courts & repair fence

   2. Storm protection Screens for Clubhouse Patio area

   3. Develop Plan to assess condition of roads and present a long-term plan

   4. Restriping Cayman Rd.

   5. Assess condition of Storm Drains in Co-Op

   6. Drainage plan for Golf Course Holes 3,4,10

   1. Move to approve the 2025 Co-Op Budget with an monthly assessment of $415.00. The motion was unanimously approve by the Board.
