New Business

1. Nominations for Community Association Board Candidates. Board approved the following

Randy Merrell, Richard Brown, Sharon Brown, Maleta Snell, Suzanne Wilson, Margaret Hettler, Wendy Robinson, Ralph Poole.


2. Board approved the removal of a tree at 3851 North Citrus for $2,800. Vendor: Juan Carrascol.

Meeting Adjourned


Commentary: The Board is looking to install hurricane/severe rain protection at the Whistlestop patio. We have been meeting with contractors to obtain bids at this time. If the patio structure should suffer extensive damage, we would be looking at a cost not covered by the Budget. The deductible for our insurance is 5% of the total value of the Clubhouse. We will keep you updated as this proceeds forward.
