Beginning January 2nd - 8th the Clubhouse will be closed to complete necessary projects. During a routine County Health Inspection we were informed that the kitchen floor must be sealed. This is a two day install process but all kitchen equipment must be removed from the kitchen. Maintenance has stated that it will need two days moving equipment out and two days putting equipment back in. Also, during this downtime our air conditioning vendor (CES) will be completing the ductwork installation. We understand this is an inconvenience for some so we chose the first week following New Year's which is traditionally a slow week.
