2023 Zellwood Station Property Insurance Appraisal

Fellow Residents, I am proud to share with you our 2023 Property Insurance Appraisal. The last Appraisal was completed in 2019. This document reflects the values of our property and assets. This Board takes its responsibility of maintaining our infrastructure seriously. This isn't always about property values but also providing our residents with the highest quality of amenities and service. We love to see your comments on how beautiful our park is
