Summary - Co-Op Board of Directors meeting June 26, 2025

  1. Board Approved the purchased of a Blodgett Convection Oven for $16,475.98 from Restaurant Equipment World


  2. Board Approved that the Property manager can obtain an ID number from SAM.gov

    (Federal site for Federal Grants Applications). Will allow the Board to explore possible Federal Grants for large future projects


  3. Board approved the new Disaster Preparedness Plan for the Co-Op. Plan was developed by the Safety/Security Committee and will be brought before the other Boards for approval.


  4. Board Approved Spies Pool as the new pool chemical distributor for the Co-Op beginning July 26th. $150.00 per month for rental of chlorine tank & CAT Controller. Product (chemical) cost will be based on as need basis
