At the April 25, 2023 Community Association meeting the out going Board will either accept or deny six of the shareholder nominees. The two appointed Board members will be seated.

The CA board wanted to appoint themselves. The residents stood up and stopped the violation of our bylaws. The residents spoke loud and clear with their votes for change. The CA board needs to accept the will of the park. It's time to step aside.

Linda, That is a good question. There are different legal opinions on this part of the process.

The Coop President votes all the 8 Coop members for the CA Board the CA board is made up of one person from each Condo and eight Coop Members.

Actually Robert, the Co-Op Board votes for and nominates 6 shareholders to the CA Board. The Board then appoints two Co-Op Board members to sit on the CA Board. The CA Board then votes to accept the nominees.
