The main walk-in freezer is in need of repair. The motor and inside of the freezer have iced over. The repairs cannot be made until the freezer thaws out. We are being told by our vendor that this can take up to 6 days or less. As a result restaurant management has moved most of the food into another smaller freezer. Some items were left in the walk-in freezer. We have been in contact with our Vendor Cheney Brothers Foods who will provide us with a mobile freezer until we can make the repairs to the walk-in unit. The mobile unit is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. Due to limited storage, management has canceled food deliveries for this week. Restaurant management has indicated they can provide items off the Menu but no specials this week. There is a limited inventory of french fries and onion rings. These items will be provided on a day by day basis. If our freezer is repaired sooner, we will return to normal operations based on available food deliveries.
Because the mobile trailer operates on diesel fuel there may be some distracting noise which we apologize for but see no other options at this time. We will be working hard to return to normal operations as soon as practical. Restaurant will be open Tuesday - Saturday (normal Hours)
