Welcome from the 2023 Zellwood Station Co-Op Board of Directors

I am proud to announce that we have made significant progress in updating the Zellwood Station Web Site. This is a work in progress, and we will accept suggestions from residents on how we might improve our website. There are more changes coming your way! On behalf of the BOD's we are trying very hard to be informative and maintaining timely communications.


Remember any Shareholder interested in applying for one of the six open positions on the CA Board of Directors deadline is April 14, 2023. We encourage your participation on committees and the CA Board of Directors.

There are some good improvements…but some information on this site is very out-of-



date (2022) and should be corrected—two examples attached.


Also—please add the current DORA LANDSCAPE MOWING SCHEDULE in File Share. (March 2022 schedule is there)

One thing that needs to ne done is to bring the co-op minutes up to date which have not been done since last year.
