Project Update List

The Following Projects have been completed or scheduled by Maintenance

1. Bottle/Water Fountain on hole 15 of the Golf Course has been installed

2. Cart path to Pro-Shop has been repaired, no longer a safety hazard

3. About two weeks ago the ice machine at the whistlestop stopped working. The unit was 13 years old and estimate to repair was almost the price of a new unit. Due to the unit's age there was no warranty on the repair. We purchased a new ice machine which was delivered and installed by maintenance late last week.

4. Four outside lights were installed on the Patio structure by maintenance

5. The Fire Pit outside the Patio was repaired by maintenance

6. New cover compartments were installed for the Clubhouse Irrigation System by maintenance

7. Following a routine health Inspection at the Whistlestop maintenance has replaced the food heat lamps and are in the process of replacing the ceiling exhaust fans. We are in the process of getting bids to seal the kitchen floor.

8. The following projects are being discussed and or scheduled; 1. Re-Stripe Cart Parking lanes in front of Pro-Shop, 2. Restripe Cayman Rd. (Yellow & White Lines)
