Co-Op Update

  1. The two Oven convection unit in the Restaurant has lost the service of the larger upper oven. The Over itself is believed to be 15+ years old. Ove the past two years this Board has made several repairs to the unit at a considerable cost. The Board believes it is time to replace the old workhorse. We are currently in the process of obtaining quotes for a replacement.

  2. Depot Pool - Maintenance has repaired several loose pavers and a corner piece of the pool. We have also finished placing river rock around the outside of the pool. River Rock was placed in the area outside the employee entrance to the Whistlestop Kitchen.

  3. Maintenance painted the Bar frame and repaired the loose rubber on the foothold of the bar.

  4. In the Community Room all windows have been tinted to assist in reducing the heat. Currently the room temperature is remaining stable placing less stress on the AC. The windows in the Lounge were also re-tinted to remove the areas that looked as if the window was damaged.

  5. The floor company is coming this Monday to repair some areas of our new floor. No cost part of the warranty.

  6. We are waiting for our Engineers to complete the permit design process so we can begin to acquire quotes for repair of the chimney supports under the Whitehouse.

I believe that is all for now.

    Joe Snell
