Co-Op FYI/Budget Meeting

Last night the Board of Directors held their last 2023 FYI and the 2024 Budget Presentation. The 2024 Co-Op Budget was passed on time and the Assessment will remain at $415.00 monthly. I want to thank the Finance Committee and the Staff at the Whitehouse for all their hard work and dedication to Zellwood for putting together a comprehensive and financially responsible Budget!

I also want to thank all the volunteers that showed up last Friday to put up all the Christmas Decorations at the Whitehouse and Depot. Looks Beautiful!
