Air Conditioning Ductwork in Community Room

As you know we determined that the problem with the ability to cool the Community Room was damaged ductwork feeding the Community Room. Although the the hole was patched it is only temporary. We also discovered that a 35' section of the ductwork leading from the patched piece was also compromised and susceptible to further damage. The Board has agreed that we must replace the 35' as soon as practical. This decision was based on the opinion of two different air conditioner vendors. It is expected that the repair will take three days. When we determine when this will take place you all will be notified as the clubhouse will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
