Update

  1. AC is working in the Community Room.

2. Please make sure your Landscaper is removing all debris and not dumping in the common areas.

3. The Co-Op is in the process of inventorying the RV Lot. The are several items parked in the lot without a Park Registration Sticker. All RV, Campers, Utility trailers, Boats must be registered at the Whitehouse. To Register and obtain a Sticker and site number you must bring the item with you that you are going to register(new procedure). Motor vehicles are not allowed to be stored in RV Lot.

Joe, regarding your #2 item - the common area below the restaurant is not policed by Dora Landacaping for branches that fall from the co-op trees on this area after strong winds or storms. They are just left laying there.
