We have heard you, Trudi and I are meeting with Dora Landscaping on Friday to discuss the many complaints we have been receiving. We were notified by Dora Landscaping that the site supervisor is no longer with the Company and we will be meeting with the new Site Supervisor and Owner.
The company selected to replace the Pier on Lake Grassmere will begin work next Friday.
The wooded area along our property line by the Guard Shack has been removed and now waiting for the fence company to schedule installation.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Administration we wish you all a wonderful Fourth of July!
Thank you all for what you are doing.
We have to spend money to keep Zellwood Station looking good and Maintained. Every community has to do this. The pool looks fabulous!!
I appreciate you all. Keep up the great work!!
Where are the financial reports? Can't seem to find any on this site for Co-op or CA.
Thank you Joe especially on the Dora Landscape issue. Every week they tear up the sod on the small backyard we have. We have replaced sod on numerous occasions.
seems like a money being spent for new stuff. I hope you are in budget. food for thought I went to pick up mail. There was an older gentlemen leaving citrus ridge pool with 2 young children maybe 9-10 and 1 younger. This man allowed this 9-10 year old to drive his golf cart. As far as I know it is unlawful for a child to drive a golf cart. Am I wrong? I thinkI just saw something regarding a dock, is that the one that except for materials was being built by members of red cap or the board. I feel we need to watch the budget, many of us cannot afford a raise in HOA fees.
Thank you
