Zellwood Station is located in Zellwood, Florida, about 30 miles north of Orlando. The 429 Expressway is located a few miles south of our community, providing a direct link to Disney World and many other attractions in the greater Orlando area. A wide variety of amenities, fine dining, and convenient and varied shopping experiences are a short drive from the community. The 429 intersects with the Florida Turnpike and I-4.
You can escape to your home in this age-restricted 55+, gated, private community where tranquility is the essence and possibilities are born by the moment. Zellwood Station offers our residents the perfect blend of rolling hills and convenience. Amenities in our community include a restaurant and clubhouse, golf course, fishing, swimming pools and a spa, tennis courts, fitness center, library, and a multitude of activities that are available to all residents.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Friday, unless otherwise posted.

The White House is Open 8-5 Monday - Thursday and 8-2 on Fridays. Come visit our property and meet your new neighbors! The Restaurant-Bar (407-814-7005) and Golf Course (407-886-2891), are OPEN to the public. Join us for BINGO on Thursday Nights at 6:30 PM or FREE JukeBox Bingo on Tuesday Nights at 6:30 PM.
